The holder of the treatment
According to EU Regulation n. 2016/679 about Personal Data Protection and applicable legislation, the Holder the processing of your personal data is ZeraTech s.r.l., with registered office in Milan (MI), Via Guglielmo Silva n. 36, whose main business is Strategic and Technological Consulting. Personal data acquired are processed in compliance with the law above. About the aforementioned processing, the Holder provides the following information.
What “treatment” means
By “treatment”, (as per article 4 letter a) of Legislative Decree 196/2003), we mean any operation or complex of operations, carried out without the aid of electronic tools, concerning the collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, deletion and destruction of data, even if not registered in a database. This treatment must be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights.
Collection of your personal information
ZeraTech collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. ZeraTech also collects information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected (such as your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses) and to be used by ZeraTech for ‘operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the ZeraTech website.
If this information refers explicitly to you or can identify you will be treated as “personal data.”.
Use of your Personal Information
We use the personal data collected actively for the explicit purpose at the time of sending (either collecting information for marketing purposes or selecting professional profiles for recruiting activities).
Your data collected for marketing purposes may be stored and used for activities such as statistical analysis, studies and research in order to design services and activities for our customers and partners. The same data may be used for promotional and commercial purposes of our products and services.
The data collected for the recruiting purposes will be entered and stored in our internal database and evaluated by personnel responsible for the selection of new staff. ZeraTech analyzes information on your IP address and your browser to increase the effectiveness of our site, to understand how to improve it and figure out how to customize it to provide better navigation.
Sharing personal information with third parties
ZeraTech does not provide personal information to third parties. However, we may share personal data collected only with our consultants and service providers operating under the purposes mentioned above and according to a formal contract that provides for the protection of data processed according to current regulations.
